The Instagram to follow for cinematic swimming pool scenes

Maria Svarbova is the Slovakian-born artist and photographer to follow capturing the hidden beauty in local swimming pools. In two photo essays entitled Swimm and Swimming Pool, Svarbova creates surreal images depicting (highly posed) bathers in eerily pristine waters. The 70s-style pops of saturated colour blended with the atmospheric staging of models manages to give classic summertime aesthetics a whole new context.
