Today saw Donna Karan launch DKNY’s Hearts For Haiti initiative at the Old Bond Street store, with a window installation designed exclusively by Rankin. Each heart in the installation has been customised by a host of celebrities, from the likes of Alison Goldfrapp to Jade Parfitt to Ben Grimes. The Hunger team turned up too, and we have to say, we think our customised hearts were the best, but shhh don’t tell Donna…

Our editor in chief of The Hunger, Becky Davies, who curated the windows, said of the project, “It’s great to work on a creative charity project with Donna to support Haiti – we both have  an inherent philanthropic nature and ethos for charity work which has been the foundation for us coming together and is something I hope we shall continue with in the future.”
