[T]oday, in major fashion house x pop star collaborations, Drake has written a song about Louis Vuitton that will be released tomorrow (Thursday) to coincide with the brand’s SS18 menswear collection to be shown in Paris.
Drake, who was named GQ’s most stylish man of the year this year (!!!), announced the new track on Instagram, with @s for LV and the french House’s menswear director Kim Jones. It will be the second major track dedicated to a designer to emerge from the US rap scene this year after ASAP Rocky’s “Raf” was released in honour of Raf Simons.
No word yet on exactly what the track sounds like but the floral/neon hybrid announcement post Drake made on Instagram could be a clue to some of the motifs on display at LV tomorrow.
