[E]arlier in the week we revealed our colourful Chanel Cruise special, Fun House, from issue eight. Today it’s time to press play on the fun-loving fashion film that goes with it.
Written and directed by Hunger Creative Director Vicky Lawton, it stars model Charlotte Free, shot by Rankin as one of eight exclusive magazine covers.
Vicky Lawton: “I wanted to create a highly visual film, full of colour and energy to match Charlotte’s personality. The obstacle course brought pace and action and the edit came together with video game style graphics, which keeps the whole aesthetic fun and youthful. Any excuse for a glitter canon, really!”
With her innate sense of adventure, Charlotte took to the task with glee, ease and a smile on her face. A lot of fun to create, shoot and edit, the film perfectly embodies the youthful energy of Chanel Cruise’s collection.
