The Pamela Anderson-approved London beauty sale to bookmark
With all profits going to Help Refugees UK.
[I]t’s a poorly kept secret that beauty bloggers, makeup artists and magazine editors get – whisper it – free stuff. While we’d all love to splash out on £300 worth of face cream (with *insert superfood skin secret here), getting sent samples to try before products hit the shelves is undeniably a perk within the industry.
But, as the saying goes, ‘sharing is caring’. Two London-based makeup artists, Verity Cumming and Oonah Anderson, will be staging an epic beauty sale next month (translation: gifts galore), with all profits going to Help Refugees UK.
Supported by Pamela Anderson, the sale will be held on Saturday 2nd December, at Benk + Bo Spitalfields, from 11am to 5pm. “The all day Christmas shopping event has make up, hair and perfume from a range of top brands all donated by hair and make up professionals,” Verity tells Hunger. “And all for half price or less! There will also be the chance to get beauty recommendations from some of the very best in the business.”
