Will Smith’s son Jaden may have been busying himself lately starring in After Earth alongside his dad and dating a Kardashian (career suicide of a genius PR move – you decide), but we haven’t heard much from his sister Willow since she spent most of 2010 whipping her hair back and forth.

But the diminutive Smith child is back with a summer jam that’s already being turned up in the Hunger office. She’s also sporting a rather hipster blonde weave complete with blunt fringe and Britney-esque clipped British accent but the less said about that the better. What we’re interested in in the music.

Willow is now going under the moniker Melodic Chaotic while working with DJ MVSIC and ‘Summer Jam’ is the pair’s first offering. With a vaguely Drake and Rihanna ‘Take Care’ vibe to the tune, we’re enjoying Willow’s new direction. Gone are the annoyingly catchy choruses that littered ‘Whip My Hair’, instead replaced with cool, mellow tones and laid back dance beats, now we just have to get over that British accent…
