Soulful, Pop-y and colourful.

Who’s your greatest influence?

Probably Beyoncé, I’ve loved her and Destiny’s Child since I was little. One of my favourite films is “Dreamgirls” – I also love Jennifer Hudson.

Who’s the last person you called?

My mum.

How I always lose my oyster card!

One item of clothing you couldn’t live without?

I couldn’t live without my long fluffy coat, especially in this weather…

The album you couldn’t live without?

One of my most played albums is Nao’s For All We Know, she’s such an incredible songwriter, I really look up to her. I don’t know what I would do this album on my train journeys.

What’s your favourite way to spend £10?

On as much chocolate as can 🙂

How about £100?

Probably on tickets to see a West End musical with my best friend – possibly Kinky Boots for the millionth time.

Did you like school?

I was lucky enough to go to a theatre school where we got to do lessons I actually enjoyed like Singing and Drama classes. However academic subjects like Maths definitely don’t come naturally to me so I had to work really hard to get good grades in those areas as well as the more ‘fun’ subjects.

Time or money?

Hundred percent Time. There are so many wicked moments that happen so fast that you just wish you had a little bit more time to enjoy. Even in writing sessions, there are so many times where I could keep going into the night but I realise I’m on the other side of London and it’s gonna take me an hour to get home.
