Dior Collabs With Travis Scott For SS22 Men’s

Ahead of the fashion house’s menswear show tomorrow, they’ve announced that Kim Jones has teamed up with the Grammy-nominated musician.

Dior have revealed another reason to look forward to their SS22 Menswear show: Travis Scott has collaborated on its design. Teaming up with Artistic Director Kim Jones, the American artist is the first musician to co-create a full collection for the house.

The decision to recruit Scott to work with the house no doubt comes off the back of his tastemaker reputation and track record of building relationships with some of the world’s brightest creatives, including photographer David LaChapelle. As well as flexing his muscles musically, scooping up a Grammy nomination for multi-platinum album Astroworld, he is the CEO of creative collective Cactus Jack, which has worked with some of the world’s biggest companies.

Scott is also the founder of the Cactus Jack Foundation, a charity that empowers and enriches the lives of young people through education and creative access. The Cactus Jack Foundation has previously waded into the world of fashion by partnering with Parsons School of Design to establish a fashion programme and launched its own HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) scholarship programme.

The Dior SS22 Menswear show takes place tomorrow (25 June) and will be unveiled in Paris or via dior.com.
