Escalator: Crowns & Owls interpret the work of Alex Gardner
Fashion plays a huge part in each issue of Hunger, but for Hunger 15's Fantasy Meets Reality issue (out now) we did things a little differently – collaborating with a host of both fine and digital artists on our editorials.
In ‘Escalator’ creative collective Crowns & Owls teamed up with artist Alex Gardner and our fashion director Kim Howells to create a story inspired by Gardner’s work around black identity. Watch the mesmerising film and explore the full shoot below.
