Who can forget Frank Ocean’s look for the 2019 Met Gala? As someone known for carving his own path in life and music, the ensemble was a testament to Ocean’s singular talent. Responding to the “camp” theme with a sleek black Prada windbreaker paired with ankle-skimming slacks, he cut an unusual figure on a red carpet dominated by sequins and a more-is-more attitude.
The ‘fit got online commentators’ tongues wagging and clearly also caught the eye of Prada, who have cast Ocean in their SS20 menswear campaign alongside Once Upon A Time in Hollywood‘s Austin Butler and cult director Nicolas Winding Refn.
