Golden Globes winners 2022 — The full list

Despite being mired by controversy and pulled by NBC, the 2022 Golden Globes went ahead last night — albeit with little fanfare.

Last year, the organization’s voting body, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) faced a Hollywood boycott after it emerged that they had no Black members. Many of the industry’s most recognizable faces publicly condemned the awards ceremony — with Tom Cruise going so far as to return three of his Golden Globes.

As a result, the 79th Golden Globe awards took place in private at the Beverly Hilton hotel last night with the winners quietly being announced on the Golden Globes website and social media channels.

Gothic western, ‘Power Of The Dog’, won big and took away awards for best drama, best director (Jane Campion), and best supporting actor (Kodi Smit-McPhee). On the television side, ‘Succession’ was named best drama, with Jeremy Strong and Sarah Snook sweeping awards for their roles in the series about the dysfunctional Roy dynasty.

Read on to see all of the nominees and a full list of the winners.
