We can definitely remember our dermatologist telling us to swear off alcohol, late nights and thumping techno if we wanted to maintain our youthful complexion but Grimes thinks otherwise. In anticipation of Art Basel Miami, the ethereal electronic musician has announced that she’s teaming up with acclaimed producer SOPHIE and techno maven Nina Kraviz to host a Neverland-style rave on 5th December. Releasing party details via her personal Instagram, she also posted a somewhat cryptic caption lauding the “well-proven anti-ageing properties of raving”. The post also claimed that: “the leading engineers on the team (Grimes, Nina Kraviz, & SOPHIE) have dedicated their lives to identifying the most rejuvenating qualities of music. And for one night only, they will present their groundbreaking findings to the public.”
It’s doubtful we’ll get the money together for flights to Miami in the next two months, so in the meantime we’re praying that our time in the club tonight will reverse fine lines quicker than any Creme de La Mer could.
