HUNGER PREMIERE: The Hour drop mesmerising new video

After a 2018 full of promise and power, The Hour are back in 2019 with a second step in the form of a new track, ‘Answer’. Honing in on their vibrant influences, from Odd Future to FKA twigs to The Blaze, the ones to watch are making waves with their sharply innovative sound.

Now, new single ‘Answer’ moves into a winding alt-pop song packed with ominous instrumentals and evocative vocals, echoed powerfully in by a must-see video. Directed by Ben Strebel, the visuals shine a light into the unique universe of The Hour and proves that The Hour are here to stay. “This video is about choice or lack of it”, the band explain, “It’s about contrasting opinions in the decisions we make for our children, the lasting effect it might have on them and how being parent it’s so easy to innocently pass things onto them.”
