Presenting her debut men’s sneaker for Givenchy, Artistic Director Clare Waight Keller nods to the 1970s sea monster with the soon-to-be-iconic JAW urban sports shoe.
Launching this week, the distinctive style combines a chunky tooth-like sole with a streamlined silhouette that offers a refreshing take on the oversized sneaker trend. The high-top shoe incorporates a built-in bootie with front zipper and features the statement Givenchy logo on the heel and outer sole. Initially dropping in monochrome – further colour options will follow later in the year, along with a women’s low-top version.
Another triumph in an unforgettable year at Givenchy from Ms. Waight Keller, expect to see the JAW all over your Insta feed very soon.
The JAW high-top sneaker will be available in Givenchy stores and online at givenchy.com from 17th August.
