Sum up what you do in five words?

Cook, model, dog mom, lover.

Who are your biggest style inspirations right now?

Really been into well-curated timeless vintage. My style is ever-changing, I’m inspired by Bella Hadid’s casual, quirky personal style right now.

What do you do when you’re in a style rut?

Denim and a vintage tee, can’t go wrong.

How would you describe your aesthetic right now?

Very into home decor/interiors. Minimal and tasteful.

On a scale of 1 – 10, how much do you love your sleep?

I sleep 8 hours a night, very necessary to stay positive and motivated. Beauty sleep is key!

What time would you ideally like to go to bed, as opposed to what time you really end up in bed?

I go to bed usually around 11 and wake up before 8. Happy with the sleep schedule I have 🙂

What’s your usual reason for going to bed late?

A mid-day nap causing me to stay up late while watching a flick. I try to avoid Instagram right before bed and first thing when I wake up.

What side of the bed do you sleep on?

I sleep on the right side.

What kind of sleeping position do you normally find yourself in?

It switches up? I sleep on my back or facing out on my side.

What is your bed setup?

Cream-coloured linens

Light sleeper or heavy sleeper?

Light sleeper but also a good sleeper.

Morning bird or night owl?

The most morning bird there is haha.

How do you unwind before bed?

I love my nighttime skincare routine so I wind down by taking care of my skin.

Do you read before bed? If so, what can’t you get enough of at the moment?

I read in the mornings, by bedtime I just unwind and relax.

What products/items are on your bedside table

My Laneige lip mask, Stevie CBD balm, a lamp and usually the jewellery I wore that day.

What’s the weirdest thing next to your bed?

Truly nothing weird lives on my nightstand, I keep it clean and tidy.

Do you sleep with your phone next to you?

Yes, charging through the night on my nightstand.

What can’t you go to sleep without doing?

Brushing my teeth and doing my skincare routine.

Do you always take off your makeup before sleeping?

Yes! So on it always.

Favourite way to remove your makeup?

Facial wipes.

How does your nighttime routine change on Friday / the weekend?

I’m consistent with my routine, can’t go to sleep with makeup on, weekday or weekend!

Can you walk me through your nighttime skincare routine?

I start by removing my makeup, washing my face, using an elixir toner to remove any makeup that wasn’t removed from the wash, then a mist, serum, and eye cream before nighttime moisturizer.

Favourite products to use before bed?

Isla beauty, Hourglass, Caudalie, Laneige, Lesse.

What do you do if you can’t sleep?

I usually think about what my next day is going to look like, but I try to relax and clear my mind to fall asleep.
