After revealing at the Succession Season 4 premiere that she was, indeed, pregnant with her first child, Sarah Snook took the occasion of the show’s finale as an opportunity for a full-circle moment in which she announced the birth of that same child.
In a photo posted a day after the show’s finale aired, the top of her baby’s head is visible against a TV queued up to watch Succession in the background.
“I just watched the final episode of the final season of something that has changed my life,” she wrote in the caption. “And now, my life has changed again. Thank you for all the love and support.”
Snook also used the post to say goodbye to the Succession cast and crew, writing, “It breaks my heart that it is all over” and that she was “grateful” and “blessed” to have worked on the show.
She continued: “I am so, so proud and humbled by everyone’s hard work season after season: we all set the bar high for each other, then exceeded it and excelled, in every department.
The Australian actress revealed she was pregnant at the season-four premiere of Succession in March. She told Australian Vogue that she and Lawson have been “best mates” since 2014. The pair married in a backyard ceremony in 2021.
