Who. What. Where?

Welcome to HUNGER’s Who. What. Where? Your one-stop shop for all the latest and greatest upcoming events and releases. Whether you’re looking for your next injection of culture or just something to freshen up your wardrobe, you’ll only find the best of it here.

British fashion brand Damson Madder have released their latest collection inspired by 1980s surf culture and coastal holidays – giving us a much-needed taste of summer in these gloomy, snowy conditions. Linen summer-ready dresses, denim two pieces and floral shirts make for standouts in the collection, while vibrant graphic tees and cross-body bags also make an appearance. But that’s not all; as usual, the collection is focused on sustainability, using organic cotton, recycled, deadstock and repurposed fabrics across all of our collections. If you’re looking to give your wardrobe the summer refresh ahead of time, you can shop the collection here.

Next, for International Women’s Day, we’re highlighting Guerlain‘s Women for Bees Programme, which aims to raise awareness around women empowerment and bees, as well as the broader environment itself. Since its 2020 inception, the programme has been a key driver of change for women beekeepers-in-training across the globe, including in France, Cambodia, Mexico, Japan and Italy, in partnership with UNESCO. The programme’s latest phase saw Angelina Jolie and Guerlain travel to the Yucatan Peninsula in February to kick off a new multi-year training and conservation initiative with the Fundación Selva Maya (FSM) a non-profit organisation committed to protecting the Melipona beecheii, the sacred bees of the ancient Maya civilisation. If you haven’t already got St Patrick’s plans for next Friday, Dalston’s 40FT Brewery and Acme Fire Cult are teaming up with Irish bar Homeboy to host an all-out St Patrick’s Day party. The evening will feature one-off dishes from chefs Andrew Clarke, and Daniel Watkins made using Irish grass-fed beef and oysters. Meanwhile, whiskey cocktails from Homeboy bartenders and music from a line-up of Irish DJs curated by Arveene will keep the party going from 5 pm-2 am. If you’re looking for an evening celebrating the very best of Irish produce, talent and hospitality, you can make a reservation here.
