Shrimps SS18: Shrek green, ruffles and magical doodles

[S]hrek green goodness graced the carpet at Shrimps SS18 presentation. Taking inspiration from Faye Wei Wei the colour palette was a pastel dream, with a plethora of whimsical and wonderful doodles (delicate illustrations peppered Hannah Weilend’s signature faux fur coats, bags and dresses). Faye Wei Wei’s drawings also created the portraits for the set design.

With a splash of neon alongside plenty of ruffles and buttons, collars and gloves, you can always be sure that Shrimps delivers a heavy dose of feel-good magic. A sweet escape from fashion week chaos and a collection that reminds us that faux fur is always better than the real thing.
