The Ukrainian artist mixing high fashion with collage

Balenciaga goes to Stone Henge.

[F]ashion collage is in the midst of a renaissance, with Instagram artists juxtaposing the beautiful and the weird to offer a surreal view on style.

Transporting Balenciaga to Stone Henge and Puma x Fenty to space, Volodymyr Kovpak is a digital creative with an offbeat imagination. Vetements sock boots served on a plate? A Prada disaster movie scene? Volodymyr is all about injecting some bizarre humour into the way too serious world of fashion.

Based in Lviv, Ukraine, Volodymyr finds inspiration from nature, Salvador Dali, modern Ukrainian culture and of course, Demna Gvasalia. “I truly believe that art will change the world” says the 19 year old artist. Amen.
